Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including my music, artwork, games, digital products, text, graphics, and logos — is owned by me or my licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from any content without my written permission, except where a specific licence is granted (for example, when you purchase a digital product — see below). Audio and music previews on the Site are provided for personal listening only and may not be downloaded, redistributed, or used commercially.
Digital products and purchases
Digital products sold through the Site (such as templates, 3D models, and Unity assets) are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com), which acts as the Merchant of Record. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy’s terms presented at checkout. When you buy a digital product, you receive a licence to use it under the terms provided with that product; you do not receive ownership of the underlying intellectual property. Because the products are digital, refunds are handled in line with Lemon Squeezy’s refund policy and any product-specific terms.
Games and apps
My mobile games are distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, and other stores, each with its own terms. The Site links to these; your use of the apps is governed by the relevant store and the app’s own privacy policy.

The Site links to third-party websites and platforms (such as streaming services and app stores). I have no control over their content and am not responsible for them. Following external links is at your own risk.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. I make reasonable efforts to keep the Site accurate and available but do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site.
